Today’s announcement by Roma Cinema Doc marks the fifty-fourth time that Cuba, Libre? has become a film festival official selection.

And it is the third time a festival held in Rome has selected the film.

In March of 2018 Cuba, Libre? was picked by the Rome Elephant Film Awards.

The following month it was nominated for “Best Feature Doc” by the Rome Independent Prisma Film Awards.
