Today Cuba, Libre? became a film festival “Official Selection” for the 57th time since it was released in January of 2016.

The film is competing in the “Best Documentary” category of the 4th Rosarito International Film Festival.

Unfortunately, as has been the case with many festivals that have been forced by the coronavirus to either cancel, reschedule, or go to an online-only event, this year’s Rosarito IFF will not be screening selected films before live audiences.

However, the festival does plan on announcing award winners, presumably sometime around mid-August.
